    Default Upgrading settlements

    How much population I need to upgrade my Motte&Bailey? I currently have population about 1500. How long I will need to wait before I can upgrade?

    3000 for Castle.
    Check population size at your settlement panel... it says which is the required size for the next upgrade.

    He means just hover the mouse over the current population of the settlement, and it will tell you the requirement for the next level.
