    Default High elf leaders bad traits

    Playing 1.44 and all my High Elf leaders are getting negative finance traits even when i build a archery range. So can i go in to go into export_descr_ancillaries.txt and export_descr_character_traits.txt delete them all good and bad and just play a new game?

    I believe you have to start a new game.

    Also, are your settlement taxes low? I'm not sure if this is the case, but in TATW my governors received bad traits with low taxes.

    No they are set on VH I know about having a higher chance to get bad traits with them on low taxes.
