    Hello,

Here is the main mod forum at the org : http://forums.totalwar.org/vb/forumd...no-Domini-MXVI (the one of twc was less active and also deleted :p).

From what I know of this mod (I was a member for a short time of the mod to help with AI, and was posting in the same french forum as Solo - the graphist of the mod) this is a total open source mod (the sourceforge is here to remind that).
But this is open to realize a goal, wich is to create a really new gameplay. So for me you can do what you want with this mod but there is to things to do :
    - If you just want to continue the mod as you want, without really following mod aims and goals then you can continue it but with another name because it's not the same mod
    - If you want to follow what alpaca and solo were aiming to do, then just continue it with the same name etc.

I already said you I'd like to help you with AI, scripts and coding if you are willing to follow the aim of the mod.

    thanks Blur,

Thanks Sinople, really you're welcome if you're motivated to take entirely the responsability of the gameplay, its something I'm enjoy as player, not as modder's activity.
I don't want just keep the map, nor remove the Alpaca's system.
And any french historian 'amator' is welcome if he want continue the Solo's work about Burgondy, its stuff, rosters, anything of representable in-game.
In more I'm not able to make this mod working with kingdoms, its MTW2-tied, and I don't know how its long/complex to make the conversion MTW2 to Kingdoms.

But I want clearly increase the number of factions/provinces/units/buildings, no mention to represent a humble lord ship, but obvisously some strong political entities are missing here.
Same not playable, Barcelona, Serbia, Toulouse and some others should be added, as emerging or unplayables.

Good work. You're free to use any units I create since we're around the same time frame. (Even though I know you're already a modeler... just thought you might like the extra help)

there is no Serbia, it can only be emergent

prior to 1016. Bulgarians conquered Rascia and Dioclea, and pushed all the way into Croatia to Zadar. This was the third Croat-Bulgarian war. in 1016. Bulgarians were defeated heavly by Byzantines and all of Bulgaria became part of Byzantine teritory, including Rascia, Dioclea and Bosnia

    Howeover Neretvania could be added...

Thanks Heaten Storm, noted. But I'm very far from varangians for now.

thanks I know Hrobatos, its why I said emergent/non-playable. In a first time it will be a rebel croatian province correctly named with unic Aor units.
Its probably possible to arrange the map about its adriatic islands, as get some coastal fortress directly allowed to rebels at the start.
Croatia is playable as well from the basic mod, it will be the priority as its a major faction according the map frame.

You can count on me for Croatia, as well as Neretvanian AOR, there could be emerging Dioclean Kingdom which should emerge in second half of 11. century in modern Montenegro, Hungarians could emerge in late 11. centruy or early 12. in northern Croatia as army attempting to conque Croatia

also Bosnian Banate which could emerge in 1200.
Mongols in 1242. are posibility as well, as they reached all the way to Split where Hungarian king Bela III escaped before them

I would be willing to create units both for Dioclea and Croatia. So 1017 - ????...

Dioclea and Croatia + Aor croatians, that would be great Hrobatos.
Its was my idea about those emergeant ones, as the map is reduced the most important actors can be represented same if they serve only during 150 turns.

As for time frame, I was thinking 1017-1330, a very debatable arbitrary date, but which prevent us against outdated models, not enough detailed tech trees...

Its to you and Sinople to be all agreed about, anyway me I'm fixed to Italia, and I could want start earlier and finish later than 1330, but I think that would waste the initial advantages of this mod.

1330? Mongols could be added from Rusichi... while for Craotia, Bosnia and Dioclea, we can use what I make for Tsardoms, and I would create what we dont have to cover whole period.

Yes of course Rusichi mongols, not possible to ignore them.
Its add many more work to go more ahead in late era for Italia, we could try, but Sinople will already have a huge mass of work, I doubt we will found lot of new scripters 'passionned' by the Alpaca's system.

Welcomed, Sicilia will be particulary interesting to play, its very centered and the campaign offer to choose between Zirids and Aversa(Normans, nicely interpreted by the ones of Hamilton).

As for Barcelona, I fear it will be not playable, the faction itself will be suitable at field, as its had interactions with Sicilia and Provence/Toulouse.
So it will be lockdown script with huge possibilities at certain dates, when the politic influence/families were menaced by french.(Muret, the Sicilian Vespers...etc)

I'm definitly not a great supporter of packaging mod, using models from other mods is not a good idea.
