Coward bug hotfix simple question

Forgive me for being such an incredible n00b but how should I install the coward bug hotfix? Just copy paste into my RS2 folder like any other patch?

wel yes but also in the factions maps because it's a modification of one of the descr files i think ;-)

Just merge the contained Roma Surrectum II folder with your RSII installation and everything will automatically go where it's supposed to.

Or if your RSII install folder isn't called "Roma Surrectum II", rename the folder in the hotfix to whatever your install is called and merge the two folders.
