Gondor and Arnor slow recruitment

Why is it that Gondor and Arnor have slow recruitment rates like elves do?

It's because most of thier units are rather powerful. I imagine It's just to balence the game.

I see. The elves and dwarves it would actually make sense, but seeing as how the western men factions have multiple enemy factions to deal with then its kind of overwhelming.
I just don't think it should take so long for new units to be ready to train.

All factions got their weakness, and the weakness of gondor and arnor is the expansive units and slow recruitment. Its just meant to be this way.
