installing new mod over RSII

well I installed RSII over my Rome total war, but now i want to install a new mod as well to check out differences but it doesn't work...
i mean they suggest you use a vanilla version but what can i do now???
do i really have to remove and reïnstall everything??? and if i have to reinstall RSII how can you install it in a "mod folder or something"??


yeah ok never mind just gonna reinstall and copy like the installation guide says apparently
