Resize window?

I'd like to be able to resize my M2TW window, but seem to only be able to go full blown screen or alt+tabbed, is there any config or setting I can edit to make the windowed mode actually act like a window?

I managed to change the size while the game was loading, once I got to the menu screen, then it got stuck, impossible to resize.

If you want to navigate, don't hide your taskbar at the bottom of your screen.

pretty much like that. So how did you go about pulling that off?

I never actually tried resizing it myself; I've only used it for modding a few times when I needed to cross-check things. BTW I had that exact same painting as my desktop for a long time

put the curser on the border, left click and drag. The cursor doesn't change into the regular resizing double arrow as it usually do for regular windows.
