Default A Question asked some time ago...

Hi! I've been following Westeros: Total War for some time, but when I checked the questionarre for the Forum of Ice and Fire's WTW subforums, I noticed it was completely unanswered. So I decided to ask the more populous General Forum, and I'm getting a fair response so far.
In any case, I pray that these answers are still valid: http://asoiaf.westeros.org/index.php...-could-answer/
I want to help you guys in any way I can, so if there is any more things I can do for y'all to make Westeros:Total War be the best mod it can, just tell me.
In any case, some nice answers from the site so far, if you still need 'em.
Also, a lot of positive reaction to it, so I take that for a positive sign! (yargh Ironborn)

It`s nice to see that you want to help us.

I think we have covered the basics pretty much; Like Strengths/Weaknesses of each Faction, though. One thing that is always interesting is some idea for an unique unit backed up by some reference in the books.

well, I'm happy I took the liberty of throwing that question in then

They responses regarding specific units are rarer, but still there. There's some nice variance among the responses, and some good ideas, if you care to use them (and if you haven't already added them, of course).

In any case, I'll see if I might keep it alive and get some more specific responses. It's glad to see it's not in vain though

Have you considered adding an invasion event to the north, such as the timurids in medieval ?

You'd have quite a lot of choices for unique troops and generals, including mounted and dismounted giants.

Either that or a Danny invasion event for the east with unsulied, dothraki, brazen beasts, some freed pit fighters, tyroshi sellswords again with a vast array of unique generals, maybe even dragons, though i think that's a bit too hard to implement.

they've already said, I believe, that Dany won't invade until GRRM writes what will actually happen. Such an invasion would be terribly difficult to implement, and would not be prudent to make until we actually know what exactly Dany does.

I think that the Wildlings might be a faction in progress (hinted at with the Night's Watch preview)

I personally would also love having Others, but I understand that coding zombies, giants, and zombie giants is rather difficult.

@Timur Amir, Good job getting the word out to the unwashed ASOIAF masses about the mod..... flings rep

And who are you, the proud lord said, that I must bow so low? Only a cat of a different coat, that's all the truth I know. In a coat of gold or a coat of red, a lion still has claws, And mine are long and sharp, my lord, as long and sharp as yours.
