copy faction from rtw to bi

could i copy a faction from rtw then put it in bi if so can sum1 tell me how plz

Not really. You would have to hand modify a lot of files. This is due to the fact that there are no faction specific text files, but rather data is gathered for specific info (be it names, regions, etc.) from ALL factions into one text file. Unless you really know what you are doing, taking this on would be a very time consuming task.

Yeah, unless you really know what you are doing then you might be able to do this. You might actually have to change a faction in BI to "copy" the faction from vanilla.

The faction name is referenced in over 40 files if i remember correctly, it is a hell of a lot of work to do.

Town Watch, one reliable method if you want to place all factions from RTW into BI is to use XGM's mod, which can offer you the Vanilla CAmpaign on MM with their modifcations, with BI features.
