    Default Possible to spawn a merc unit only if a building is in region?

    I want make it so that a merc unit appears only if a certain building exists on the settlement of the region. Is that possible?

    Why not just attach the unit to that building then? Or you want any faction to recruit it only if that building is available?

    I want to add a regular unit to the merc file and have generals recruit them.
