Icon4 Something wrong with unit voice

Maybe I missed something but I watched in youtube a gameplay sample that the units all have their own unique voice like the high elves who when clicked or ordered answered in elvish language. Also there some special events like "Historian gathering" or something...

Did I do something wrong with my TATW 2.1 installation or is there some other stuff like submods that I should add? Please advice....and guide me to the proper direction....I'd really like to experience the full environment and events from the Lord of the Rings story in my gameplay....

That's the middle-earth lore mod. It's sadly unfinished an will probably remain so
