    Hi,

    does anybody know if its possible to make forts holding out more than 3 turns, when besieged?

    I believe that's hard-coded.

    I just think 3 turns for forts is to short as the AI usually doesn't attack in this time.

    So an alternative solution would be to enforce the AI to attack sooner in general.
    Is this possible?

    No, I think siege behavior is also hard-coded.

    I'm actually O.K. with this, as it makes forts somewhat useful. If the AI always attacked quickly, they'd be pretty useless.
