Minimize/exit RTW open Paint press Paste (Ctrl+V) then save as jpeg.
The screenshots taken with PrintScreen can be found in the "tgas" folder which is in the folder were you have RTW installed... The only problem is that they are in TGA format so you need a converter to make them in JPG or PNG format so they can be used on the net...

You can use fraps http://www.fraps.com/setup.exe install it,run your game,and take pics![]()

The free version of FRAPS only allows you to save in BMP format and limits movie recording to 30 seconds. If you play the one-off license fee (which I did about 5 years ago) you can save in any format and record 30 minutes of video at a time (I thought it was unlimimted but someone told me it isn't).
You can use Howies' Screen Capture which has no such limitations on file types to save. It can be found here.
I know other people use Xfire, which can be found here.

also if you use steam can take lots of lot pic by f12 key
Easy
after you click the printscreen button
open the paint program then click CTRL+V
then image appear
you can edit as you want
