Team chat/all chat shogun 2 multiplayer

sometimes when i chat especialy with an "?" it switches to team chat. the logo is still all chat but it appears in team chat. any help?

and also, to prevent spammage of threads i have another problem. i cant increace the range of my heavy guns. i did all the requirements to upgrade it. for example, i am a part of a bow clan, have 12 clan tokens and mastered 4 basic skills(see screenshot) any help?

Your hitting Shift to make the ? mark and Shift + Enter = team chat

also your heavy gunner is level 7 with 7 upgrade. to add increased range, you need 10 clan tokens AND 1 available skill point, which you dont have. Wait until it gets to level 8 then you can put increased range. Also, only level 9 upgrades require you to be in a certain clan type for a certain upgrade and they cost 20 tokens.
