    Default Economic depression

In my RS 2.1a rome campaign in late phase I have seen how every single of my governors are getting the worst economy depression traits. It is good idea to simulate the corruption and slow decay of the empire but I think it was too much, those somewhere around -20 tax, -20 trade, -20 pub. order etc. were absolutely devastating for the economy. What I did was to replace every single governor and the old guys were sent deep into enemy territory to be killed.

I know that is wrong in so many ways, but I'm asking if it's possible that not all will get the worst phase of the trait, or the trait affects only money or only public order.

You'll find that a TON of things have changed in this Patch from 2.1a......including this. Once you begin testing, you should see that there is a big difference between the two.
