    Is there a massive Roman rebellion/Civil War in Roma Surrectum 1.6? I'm unsure, but that sure sounds fun!

    Not in 1.6, but it is there twice in 2.x. The first is a small rebellion within a few turns of starting,, the second is when you have roughly 85 settlements then all hell breaks loose.
