Default Need help creating a custom unit

    Hi ,
I was wondering if somebody can help me in finishing my custom unit that I want to create , I followed the tutorial on how to create a custom unit found in Tools section of the mooding tread but unfortunatelly I can't edit pack.8 with PFM...when I get to change the stats in units table I get an error and PFM needs to close. I read the tutorial on how to edit with an HEX editor but it's a bit blurry for my understanding so I ask for help.
The unit I want to create it's called ''Daymio Black Guard'' ,it's in fact the Bulletproof Samurai from the DLC with better stats and maybe to add some special abilities as second wind as well and the color I want to be black so I was thinking the uniform of Hattori faction.

Basically I need help to edit the stats for the Bulletproof Samurai Date (from the DLC pack ) and to have rename it for Daymio Black Guard ,the faction I intend to give this unit to it's Mori and to have the uniform color black and once again was thinking maybe Hattori faction uniform
    The new stats: Morale: 15
    Melee Attack: 13
    Melee Defence: 12
    Charge Bonus: 15
    Bonus vs Cavalry: 28
    Armor: 12
    Thank you for your help.

Well I created the unit with the stats using as model Naginata Samurai and the pack.6 however the unit color it's red as the color of Mori's faction...so I'm down to one question how do I change the unit color to be black?

Ok. Now you must go to the following db/uniform_to_faction_colours_tables/uniform_to_faction_colours. Here you find three positions RGB. R1G1B1-the color of armor, R2G2B2-the color of the uniform, R3G3B3-the color of another parts of the uniform such as weaving, ties and etc. Using Photoshop you can pick the color you want.
    Good luck.

P.S. Uniform IDRef must be the same as in db/uniforms_tables/uniforms.

you can test colours in the avatar creation menu (mp avatar customisation). all black i believe is 0,0,0 | 0,0,0 | 0,0,0
