Looks like a good movie. Its about a knight's romance with the future Queen of England. Plenty of action aswell as love scenes  Whaddya think?

The planet where people don't extensively know Welsh legends.

they're not welsh, ffs, and among the first renditions were French and German ones... Why do you thing Wagner composed an opera on it ? It was *way* more universal than Shakespeare's love story...

It seems like a good movie tough I'm no fan of love stories I'll probably watch this in the movie theater and buy the dvd to ensure they keep making movies in historical settings. who knows wich great stories they can turn into films.

I had heard of them before it's too bad they never became famous like romeo& Juliete why is that annyway?

I saw it with my ex. It wasn't a bad movie. Ridley Scott helped direct it so the few battle scenes weren't that bad.

I never really liked romances like this. If you think about it, hundreds or maybe thousands of men died just so that couple could hug and kiss and cuddle.

Typical girl response: "Yes well, you just don't realize that Tristan and Isolde/Paris and Helen/Romeo and Juliet needed to fulfill that true love."

And what about all those men who were sacrificed? They probably had girlfriends and/or wives as well.

Girls don't care about them, they weren't pretty boys with pretty hair.

    "no *****, you ISolde"

Lol sorry couldn't help myself. No but seriously what a bad way to blend medieval with WB prime-time bullcrap like One Tree Hill or EverWood.

We're all guys here (except for the handful of chicks). We can sniff out a chick flick from miles away. This is a definite chick flick.
