has somebody an idea for a trait wich is ver common and reduces command stars?

I am making a sub-sub-mod for 300WOS
I added some traits and I edited the traits triggers so that characters have more traits because I don't like it when there are characters with no traits,... as a result, characters have to much command stars (+/-10% of all characters has 10 command stars),...
Has somebody an idea for a trait wich is very common and reduces command stars? All ideas are welcome!

How about something like:
Attention deficit
This man would excel in Commanding, if only he could concentrate on it.

(Modern estimates are that 5% of Americas Population has it, so it can well be a more common trait.)

Hates Violence
This Man is a strict enemy of violence, which of course doesn´t do much good when commanding battles.

Fanatic
This Man would rather sacrifice all of his men -but save himself, of course - then to admit a defeat.

This Man knows well what happens if he looses a battle - and this prospect frightens him always, clouding his jugdement in Battle.

Just make a Hidden trait

Call it Balence or something make it only apply to the player using the FactionisLocal conditional or the include the Ai if you want.

Whilst I'm not discounting the above advice. It's a roundabout method which can be achieved in a very simple and discreet manner.
