How to setup a hotseat game?

Hi.
Rather new to the TATW forums but have other friends who play it and would love to do a hotseat campaign with them, but I cannot find any instructions to set this up. Please post a link to a instruction thread or explain this.

Click on Multiplayer and then on "Hotseat".
After ending the turn you have to stand up and your friend takes the "hot seat"...

If your friend is not in the same room:
You can ( at the beginning where you choose the difficulty and blabla... ) check a box that closes the game right after ending the turn! (and after autosave )
Than you can send the savegame via email (or forum) to the next player!
