    official music pack for ATW

Here's how you change or add your own music to a mod or bi/rtw itself.
    First add the mp3 file to C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War\data\sounds\music
Then, go to C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War\data and look for the descr_sounds_music.txt document. To add your music to the battle go to state MUSIC_BATTLE_BATTLE
    event
    folder data/sounds/music
    Battle1.mp3
    Battle2.mp3
    Battle3.mp3
    Battle6.mp3

Add the name of the file you added...lets call it FinalBattle.mp3
    MUSIC_BATTLE_BATTLE
    event
    folder data/sounds/music
    Battle1.mp3
    Battle2.mp3
    Battle3.mp3
    Battle6.mp3
    FinalBattle.mp3

    *note*
you MUST change the name of the events.idx to "ORIGINAL.events.idx" or your changes will NOT occur. Also note that there are also the BATTLE_TENSION and BATTLE_MOBILIZE sections. The first playing while all of your units are in a state of rest and not moving, while the second plays when a move order is given. BATTLE_BATTLE occurs when your units are in combat.

All music is plays related to the culture type. So if you want all the cultures to play the music you add, add it to all the cultures, not just one. (each culture has its own BATTLE_BATTLE section).
