Is this getting fixed in 2.2 or should I apply the hotfix?

Getting fixed afaik but use the hotfix cos the patch might be ages away.

I only get the option to open or save to the RS2 Set up file. What am I doing wrong? It's not asking me to overwrite the file.

There's no RS2 set up file contained in my hotfix, just the folder containing the edited files for merging into your RS2 folder.

No, I didn't see a set up for the hotfix or get prompted, just save or open.

I stand corrected. There was something, I installed, so I'll check it out.
