Byzantines in 6.4

Hello guys I just joined TWC so I do not know if I am posting this right. but I downloaded Stainless Steel 6.4 and the "Roman Empire" from 6.3 has changed back to the Byzantine Empire. I know this isn't a game breaking problem, but I wanted to know how to change it back? I want to change it because I'm pretty sure the term Byzantine is a modern one, and not one that the Byzantines used to describe themselves. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

Make sure the file or the folder it's in isn't set to read-only.

Also if u have Vista/7 turn off UAC, it saves a ton of hassle in regards to mods.

it was a UAC problem thank you for your help. I shall enjoy playing as the Roman Empire
