    Default [PASSED] Senatus Consultum: Bello Lusitanis

    1. The Proconsul Scipio is given imperium to conquer the Lusitanian lands in the name of Rome with our Celtiberian allies.
    2. Funds are immediately transferred to Spain for training of new recruits to compensate for the losses.
    3. When the war concludes all Lusitanian territories will be integrated into Rome and the Celtiberians shall be offered to join the Republic as a client Kingdom.
