Install problems

Alright. . I've got a swath of problems.
First of all I had the game running nice and smooth but that soon changed when I started up the next day. I had a CA_LIBS Error, first I thought this was because my Comp was full of so I reinstalled windows 7 (This cleared up allot of problems I had running with other games.)
I proceeded to install Steam, DX9 and framework 4.
All was well in dixie land as I installed medieval 2 and kingdoms I had no problems starting these up what so ever so I proceeded!
I installed the mod and it worked perfectly. afther a while I got annoyed by the french speaking khorne and decided to install the Voice patches I found. (Gallopers followed by the extended voice thing.)
And after this I got the Error CA_LIBS inmediatly after startup The game hadn't started loading yet.(And something down the lines off: Fatal error medieval couldnt start.)
I Reinstalled the entire game again and again mods and all same procedure as before.I used register cleaners and I even went as far as to reinstall windows twice but to no avail. i'm on my third windows install now (Doubt it will help but it cant hurt I guess.) and now it wont even let me just start up the game "wit ze frenchie khaos".

I used all online recources and what I could find on the forums but I guess I'm special.
Also if anyone would like to add how I ca install the voice patches proper that would be nice.

So if any of yours would graciously decide to help me I'm all ears.

Most likely the two voice submods were not compatible. But follow the thought below first.

CA_LIBS usually means there is something wrong with the CFG file - a wrongly formatted line.
Delete the original CFG file of medieval (medieval2.preference.cfg) in the main folder (it will generate again, but make a copy just in case). you will have to redo all your custom settings like unit size, video settings.
If that doesn't work, upload the mod's CFG file (compress and attach).

In the meantime try installing only one voice mod and check if it works.

Alright Its not the (medieval2.preference.cfg) I restarted and I had the same problem.
However i did not install the voice patches this time.
So there is a different problem, maybe properly edditing the registery?
I've tried my hand at this manually but the the .txt wont turn into a .reg

I've also added the Mod configuration.cfg

It seems i dint add the file i'll retry.

Scrap that I saw what was wrong with it now to install the voice mod!
