Religion in people is not so scary. Its extremists who are scary. Athiests will act like there is no god around Christians, Christians will act like there is a god around athiests. What is the big deal?

Well then shes a failure as a Christian, because I proper Christian doesn't force or try to influence people. They lead by action, not by words.

It is about them trying to force their religious beliefs down to people who are not apart of their faith. IE: A christain chick who wants to convert her atheist boyfriend. You can't make a comparison to an atheist boyfriend trying to make their christian girlfriend also atheist. Atheism is not a belief system and does not trying to convert religious.

Just see attempted conversion as a sign of love. I would be much more worried about a partner showing indifference about what (s)he perceives as bad choices, than I would be about one trying to talk the other out of something, to get him/her to see the error of his/her ways.
