I think you could make the Dwarven textures more metallic (right now it looks a bit too plastic) and the hair in overall less saturated (specially the red hair). Overall it would look better. Just darken the current metallic textures and give them a more metallic grit (from cgtextures or wherever), leave alpha map as it is and you'll have a more metallic look. just my 2 cents...

Been reading Forgotten Realms since the 80s (Darkwalker on Moonshae ftw), and I've followed this mod from the beginning. My absolute favourite idea of all time, so I hope it progresses well!
Thank you Arclath for the support!
All team members are Forgotten Realms enthusiasts in some way or another and we strive to be as close to lore as possible. With that in mind it's worth mentioning that lore has to be balanced with gameplay mechanics and so a compromise will probably be achieved between the two. A certain FR flair will be of course existent all around, from units to buildings to factions to stats and a whole array of variables and texts.
We haven't stopped making progress with the mod, although as already mentioned our mod leader is currently on mod-vacations. This makes progress a bit slower, but it has not stopped. We hope that a release won't be very far into the future!

I really like how their clothes look so real. Hopefully they would look as well in game!

Yay, the forum finally allowed me to register.
You guys have contacted me on the Candlekeep forum since you're looking for "Researchers" who're familiar with the Forgotten Realms setting. I've started writing snippets about the factions for you guys, and should be done with all of them in a week or so. Check the Candlekeep thread to give feedback, would be good to know if you're liking the format, tone, etc. I'm using. And if you need any more aid with Realms-related stuff, I'd be glad to help and hopefully have an input on some of the things you're building.
Also, units are looking good, nice work!
Yep, I posted there to say that it is exactly what I was looking for ! Thanks a lot for your help mate !
Edit : got news from our mod leader, Vlad, who should be back soon. So let's keep going on !
