Marcus Rossolinius Porcius hales from the Cisalpine Gaul, he is the youngest of three siblings, whose family has a sizable chunk of the area. He has come to Rome after an embarrassing incident between himself and a native girl and now intends to build himself a new life in Rome. He has heard of what a man can do in Rome and now he intends to do it himself.
His stated political aims are to enhance the rights of the Plebeians and the middle classes whilst diminishing the powers of the corrupt patrician and senatorial classes. He also intends to attempt to once and for all pacify the Parthian threat.
