Neutral faction siege me

Hallo

I´ve bin playing RTW for about 2 years now. And i have never ever had this problem.
And sorry for mine bad english.

I conquered Rome,with Juli, and Scipio was charging me with about 6 full armies and Brutus with about 4 from the east,meanwhile they sieged Salona and Arminius and blocked many of mine ports. And i had about 120.000 in treasury, so i bought me peace with Brutus. For 72.000 deanris

After then i moved my 20stack army with only family members and kicked Scipio´s ass out of Italy.
But suddenly,i got a report that Settlement loosed, and then i notice that all my port is still blocked by Brutus and Salona has fallen . I'm really piss, cuz then i put my courser of Brutus armies, it says neutral. And when i open the diplomacy window,we still have peace . So i move up to Salona,click on it to besiege and guess what??? "You dont have the peoples *something* to attack a roman faction" or something like that,the regular window that pups up when u try attack a roman faction before you have the masses blessing. I dont know what to do i can only defend myself, while they are attacking mine ports

EDIT:Another city besidged...

Is there any files that i can change,so im at war with them?

You shouldn´t be able to make with them peace at all, so there is the problem. But I don´t know a solution, unless you have an older save.

Thats really strange. Mine oldest save is when i toke over rome (about 15rounds back)
Dsnt anyone know where I can find a "diplomacy" file or some like that? Cant stand this

There is a save-file, but I don´t know how you can open/edit it. Otherwise, you can just set faction starting stances.

I know how to edit the files so that you start at war/peace with factions, but I don't think it would affect a game you are already partway through, as it is only the starting relationships.

Thanks. Well, I know from scripting the console command
diplomatic_stance <faction_a> <faction_b> <allied/neutral/war>
but with 1.5 many console commands were shut down in RomeShell and I don´t know if it works - Give it a try, though.

Well,on this save,i hoped to conquer all the world cuz i have only done that once before,always quited when i won the compaign. Im at 184BC. need 15more settlements till victory. I know i suck . Brutii "conquered" 4 of mine cities.

or kill_faction ?

Well, many commands don´t work anymore when entered in the console; but they do work in a script.

And Nice to see that it works.
