I'm 15 I'm pretty sure I'm not old enough to call customer support. BEsides I don't want to bother them with a question like that. But thanks for your help
Also, nice PC!
Are tooYou can even place an order at 15 as long as you know a credit card number to give them.
You're either going to need to find out online or call them based on the item you are buying. As I said before their shipping method likely differs depending on what it is you are ordering and where you live.

For what it is worth, I think they use Fedex. They appear to have a partnership with them as part of their small/medium business store. And their shipping rates and times dont look like UPS.

They will tell you after your order is shipped. HP or whatever site you ordered from should send you an email with the details. Later you'll get a tracking number etc.
And you can call customer service.
thursday HP announced they are getting out of the PC business.

I know, they're just downsizing, not pulling out completely. I think they're doing what IBM did with Lenovo.
Also I'm getting a DV6T customized and I live in clover.
HP is pulling out of the consumer side of computing, and turning more into enterprise (same thing IBM did in 2004, make sense?), so I'd buy soon if I were you. Not like within the week, but not next year, I mean.![]()
