    Default $30-40 Heatsink?

    What $30-40 heatsink would you recommend? As best performance for your buck.

    As long as its no higher than roughly 12-13cm.

    This is commonly thought to be the best for the money. Can be had for under $30. Obviously it doesn't fit your dimensions, which I have to wonder about. That is awfully small. You might have to go with something with a flat profile, like this or this. And I'm not recommending those. I know nothing about flat profile coolers as they are not terribly popular.

    Well my case only has 16cm on the inside. And all the good ones are 16 cm, I'm not willing to cut it that close.
