Was able to download and install. Now how do I launch? I tried moving it into the british isles folder but that didn't work.

Are you using Steam? If so, then see this thread.

Otherwise, the installer should have created a folder within M2TW>Mods called Rule_Britannia. Inside this folder there is a batch file which if you double-click it, should run the game. The installer should have put a shortcut on your desktop though so that's a quicker way of launching it.

Yup, that worked, I was using Steam, thanks for the help.

Any chance of a torrent or something for this? It's just too huge a file, it freezes on 30 MB and sits there saying "3 hours left" for 20 minutes...

i cant seem to get either of the links to download the game. its not any sort of firewall or other protection i have. it would be awesome for another link or a torrent please

i got it figured out although a torrent would be better because of the size but im not complaining as long as i get to play this bad ass mod haha

Installed Kingdoms (ver. 1.04). Not using Steam. Downloaded and Installed RB 1.7.
When I click either the RB desktop icon or the Windows Batch File (Medieval2.Rule_Britannia) in the Rule_Britannia folder the game does not launch. Simply get a brief black screen.
I installed the game and Mod together in another directory (not the default)
I don’t know why the game does launch. I really want to get back to MTW and this look the best patch out there. Most grateful for any help here ?
Operating system, Windows 7, Processor, RAM easily able to play this mod (just been playing NTW)

RB was designed for Kingdoms 1.5, using it with an earlier version may cause troubles as the 1.5 patch was fairly substantial.

OK thanks. I have been trying to upgrade Kingdomms with Patch 1.5. Having a problem even doing this ...nothing I download seems to work. I have Gold Edition and the normal patch isnt working. Any ideas?
