Recovery disks to new SSD
I just purchased an M4 128gb, but have an oem version of windows 7(no disc). Can I just create the HP recovery disks and restore to the ssd while keeping my current hdd the way it is? I would then change boot drive priority in BIOS to the ssd and install any other files i want on it. My hdd has way too much stuff on it for me to(reasonably) re-install and I don't have anything but some dvds to back up to. I don't want to make this too complicated so sorry if it is... Thanks.
Edit: I do have the license key, if that makes a difference...

Re: Recovery disks to new SSD
As far as i know one OEM license key means one installed partition, in other words no dual boot machine with one license.
legally you would need another key to keep two active windows installations.

What I said in the other thread still stands here. Simply install the OEM license clean or clone your drive and hoping the OS works fine on the SSD.
