    Default How to trigger a Marian reform in script

    Guys,

    I must not have all the information. but what is the correct command and syntax to force trigger a Marian reform in the script ?

    It may be possible...IF:

    You make a settlment that is isloated from the rest of the map {say,behinde a mountian},and at one turn make a impreial palace in it.Ofcorse,the settlment has to have the "Italy" reacosre.
    A bomb's a bad choice for close-range combat.

    Nice idea, Skull.
    If you still have the rebel Settlement with the Vanilla-Amazons, that would be perfect. Assign it the Hidden Resource Italy, delete all the other Italy Resources, and make a script:
    Code:
    (conditions)
    create_building (city) Imperial_Palace

    Nope. It's just a random chance that it will trigger once all the requirements have been satisfied.

    You sure about this? Because everytime I built an Imperial Palace, the Reforms happened directly.

    I thought they added a year requirement in one of the updates, so it has to be past a certain year and you have to have an Imperial palace.

    Instead of triggering an Amazon version of Marian Reform, what I did was to create a script which makes the new building which is only available to the faction if certain objective is met.

    If the faction has achieved the certain goal, and then it spawn the new building which would otherwise not available to that faction.

    The new technology and new units will only be available if the faction has that specific type of building.

    This is my Amazon version of Marian Reform.

    If you make progress_cq and add_population you can get the reforms in turn 2. So I doubt that.
