Byzantine units

I had a quick question regarding the availability of certain elite byzzie units (names are too difficult to spell). i guess you could say the units recruit-able from the imperial barracks in Constantinople

The Northmen Guard, the White shield guys with high defense, the guys with flamethrowers, and the Scolarrii Calvary? yea I think they are all recruit-able at Constantinople only.

The first time I saw that k/t`s poll, I didn`t like, just like some of his replies.
But as time goes by, and I see threads like this springing up like mushrooms after the rain...
