HELP - RS2 Won't Download - Apparent missing files

I just tried to install the program. I'm running on a clean version of Rome TW with all the patches for BI as well. That's not the problem. Everytime I try to begin the install process for part one, a window pops up tell me that it couldn't find a file. It goes something like, user/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Temporary Internet Files/ Content.IE5/F6WMBOZW/RS21.cab.

It asks me to verify that the file is there and that I can access it but the file isn't there. I don't know what I'm supposed to do and I can't find any threads that note this as a common issue. I'm running on Widows 7.

If someone could help me out I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

Did u download all the files? Double check that you did

I didn't download all the files. I started with part 1 but as soon as it starts to install, it stops and tells me that that specific file is missing

I've read the download instructions like ten times. I seem to be doing everything right but I can't even get past opening the first part.

You need all the download files for it to work. If your missing one file nothing will work

Do you just save all the files to your computer first? If so, where do you save it to? In the instructions it said nothing about that. I just tried to run each program one at a time, yet that doesn't seem to work. This download process seems very confusing. I wish there were better instructions on how to download this mod.

I mean, I'm not a computer programmer, I know that. But the installation process seems really convoluted.

The install instructions in the release thread are detailed. They even have screens of the folders of the RTW install prepared for the RSII mod and also ALL the downloaded files you need before you start the install process,

If you don't read them and follow them you should expect to have problems - which clearly you are having.
