    Default Segmentata not showing after curia hostilia

    Hey can someone please help. as rome i cannot seem to get the segmentata recruits despite having the curia hostilia, and in some cases EVERY building with max population. what can I do? I have patch 2.1a
    is there a bug im not aware of?

    My understanding is that there is a variety of styles of legions with different types of armour.
