I have a question: Is SS easy to mod like vanilla M2TW is? Are you able to change a units stats or how many settlements you have to conquer in the campaign?

Also, how many settlements do you have to capture for a short campaign?

Depends on the faction... otherwise the modding principals are the same. Also there are already submods for victory requirements, see my signature.

So basically you go into the mod folder and change the files just like vanilla?
