CTD on battle end

Hey guys, I am running SS 6.4 and it keeps CTD after a campaign battle or siege. I tried updating the realbadAI, but no luck. I'm running a disk install of kingdoms 1.05, not steam

I take that you have disabled your UAC and that you have installed DX9?

These CTD's, do they occur on new campaigns you have started since installing Real bad AI update and have you installed G5's Settlement tweaks?

I disabled UAC when installing. I think I have dx9? How would I check that? I know i have dx11....not that that helps for SS

The CTDs were still occuring even after i installed the real bad AI update. I haven't tried the settlement tweaks, are those required too?

When I install the realbadAI update, what do I need to select on the ss 6.4 setup screen? Do I need to check the option for the CTD text fix? I will try getting the settlement tweaks and dx9 tonight and see how it goes

the text fix is for right after the crash...make sure you rerun ss_setup and untick after playing thru the part the crashed previously.

p.s. any idea if there will be a ss 6.5?

You will find DX9 link in Bugs Section, thread above Fatal Graphs errors, will not interfere with DX10 or 11 and does no harm to install settlement tweaks

how do you install DX9 over DX11 ? A message says there's a more recent version of DX installed and therefore it can't install the latest version of DX9.
