Virtua Roma 2 is a game that is based on rome total war.

    most
Much of the city on the map.
    A great deal economy.

    Part I: resources.
The economy is based on the area of the city-
    There are resources building
    Wood, stone, clay and marble
    there are food resources
    fish, wheat, meat ....
there are the resource (other), which is used to manage the army and the municipal building.
perfume, gold, silver, coal, iron, cloth, fleece, elephant, horse, and dozens more.

    example for the troops Legionnaire.

it takes a tissue and iron and the pay.
Then you need a barracks and a forge,
forging a need iron and coal => it produces the weapons.
the fabric is a prduit fields.

So now if we say that 20 of 20 iron and coal to produce 80 weapons,
and that the barracks is evolved to 80 recruited in one turn, then the unit would be created in no time.

Now if 10 and 10 missing coal, it will take for your unit is completed it will take up two laps.

After a battle, the company lost 20 men will require resources in the region comes, if not impossible to recharge

    Part II: Trade.

The building is a resource needs to operate, so you need to import or export. we can manage imports with tax to support the sale of iron, for example to our city instead to sell to others to keep our company healthy. this requires spending money to subsidize the losses of profit from the sale of certain product that some countries will pay triple the market price.

    Part III: famine

for example, must produce a lot of resource (food). otherwise we create a famine.
So massive loss of soldier, so loss of town, so waste of money, so eventually you lose the game (it happened to me, I did not manage the food and I lost all my troop carthage)

    Part IV: War

soldiers stationed costs much less than the soldiers in the field.

Here is an explanation of the economy.

thank you for taking the time to read

You can do the same if you use Firefox and install the google translator.

The web page does not give any information on what it is and when I tried to download the exe it was flagged as a threat. Not knowing what it is I decided to leave it as a threat.

I think the question was - exactly what is it. Do you need R:TW installed or does it do it for you? If it installs the RTW exe then it's a no no.

No, it's really another game. it's the multiplayer of Rome, medieval and napoleon. you play a city, you manage it and when you have a fight with another player, you can import it on rome total war, to play it.

in fact, I want to know is can be bold, is to take the management of this game and make a mod for rome total war.

to improve the management, that in my opinion, it lacks in rome total war.

for the Threat, with antivirus sorry, i did not find. When i have download this game.

I checked with a moderator who understands French (Jom) and this is the reply they gave (it's OK):
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

The .exe seems to be some sort of program that co-ordinates the multiplayer campaigns for Rome: Total War, through organising battles battles between 2 players via a server and also co-ordinates the turn-by-turn play of the game, apparently. It also seems to manage signups for the campaigns, but I have no idea how it works. It certainly isn't a pirated version of the game as the installation instructions (here) stipulate that you need Rome: Total War installed with a valid CD key for multiplayer play.

Some anti-virus software triggers warnings for no reason - it does not mean that they are a threat, just unknown. If you know where the file is from you can choose to ignore the warning and accept further downloads. As I did not know what it was I wasn't going to download it.
