A friend recommended the Lg D2342p-pn to me as it includes 3D. Now that is a very intresting feature but is it any good in 2D mode?
And I am looking for an affordable (gaming) mouse, keyboard and headset. Any recommendations?

Have a look at the Razer mouse range. Even the cheaper models are well-weighted and have great precision.
I have used both versions of the Logitech G15. The second feels broken down in comparison to the first, having less macro keys and a non-manipulative LCD screen, but either one of them are pretty good keyboards. If you manage to find an original version at a decent price (I can't really say what price in any currency other than AUD) then that would be something to look at.
I can't really recommend any 3D monitors or headsets, but regarding the headsets, I believe Razer also have a range of such products.
Hopefully you get something out of what I said. Good luck.
Yes thank you but Razer products are a little out of budget you see.
And that keyboard is epic, a friend has one (well, the g510), but it costs like €120...
I could get a second hand g15 for €40.

Fair enough. Giving it further thought, what would you want out of such gaming peripherals?
The G15, as you may know, has the LCD screen, macro keys and lighted keys. If you take all those features away, it wouldn't really differ from a regular keyboard. Bearing that in mind, I've found Logitech keyboards to be pretty good. A cheap one I bought a few years back had the standard keyboard, num-pad and media control, and I believe it was something like $15-20AU. The keyboard itself was barely inferior to the G15 as far as I could tell.
For the mouse, the main thing that always stands out is the weight of the product. Taking away extra buttons, ridiculously high DPI (which you can somewhat account for by increasing sensitivity) and the aforementioned weighting, there's not much that makes a 'gaming' mouse distinct from a regular one.
Considering all this, I'm thinking Logitech. They have some pretty price'y gear, but they also have some great quality low-end gear. Again, I can't really suggest prices, given that I'm not sure what products are available to you and at what prices. If you are in the position of purchasing via a local store, then they might have some floor stock for you to get a feel for the products. Ultimately, if you aren't worried about eye-candy, which is part of the major attraction to the high-tier peripherals, then there shouldn't be much of a problem with Logitech.
Hope that helps!
I would rather spend more money on a good mouse than on a keyboard. I have a very simple slim keyboard (Logitech UltraX Media) with a nice Razer Krait mouse + mousemat. I'll have to replace the mouse soon though, after 5 years of extensive use it's starting to show it's age.
As for headsets, I currently have a Creative Fatal1ty Gaming Headset. Good quality, yet inexpensive. Not heavy, so you'll be able to comfortably wear it all day if you wish.

I might be able to get a second hand g15 for like €35... And I might want to get the Rat 3 mouse.
Slim keyboards suck for gaming.

The whole mouse/keyboard thing drives me nuts. The prices are ridiculous. Unless you make your money playing games (what percentage of the world population is that?), most anything will work just fine. I spent a total of $40 on mine 3 years ago and they both still work just fine. A creative fatality gaming mouse for $20 and a Saitek eclipse for $20. Found both on sale.

It is just a one time investment really, I will only replace when broken.

My mouse is from 2002 or before. My keyboard is 2005.
I highly recommend Razer mice. I have had mine for several years and have used it to the point the grip is wearing off. I will buy another when this one dies. I can't say about a keyboard as I just use cheap ones because all I need is back lighting for keys. I can't say much for conventional monitors either as I use a 42" LCD TV with an HDMI link.
I am getting a g15v2 nearly new for €42 incl. shipping.
And I can get a Cyborg RAT Black Ops from €90 for €50...
