    Default Ubuntu help needed

Hello everyone, I've been doing some phone modding using Ubuntu on Virtualmachine, but i've come across a roadblock thanks to my own n00bness.

I've come across a line of code I have to enter, specifically

    cp bu<TAB>pre<TAB>web<TAB> ~/Des<TAB>gue<TAB>

(TAB being the time when I actually press the tab key on my keyboard)

I'm following a guide of sorts, and normally when I press the "Tab" key when in the terminal, it completes the word for me. Ex, Des(tab) becomes "desktop". But on that specific line, it's not working for me.

Can someone please spell out what the specific line is trying to say? so far ii've got it down to...

cp build/pre(stuck here) web (stuck here) ~/Desktop/guestOS/

I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me. It seems that a quick knowledge of tab completion in UBuntu is all that is needed

Nevermind I got it all cleared up. A most courteous moderator named "Squid" helped me out, it turns out that double tapping "Tab" lists all possible routes that you can take after the prefix of the word is typed up. Feel free to lock dis thread
