SPQR 7.0 : Crash (again!)

Hi!
I'm new in this community (btw i'm french, sorry for my english).

I already looked for similar topics but it still doesn't work..

The problem is simple : SPQR crashes after the introduction image (just before the introduction video), it comes back to the desktop.
I tried many times : of course my RTW is clean (no others mods installed), i made the prologue (by changing the "FIRST_Time_PLAY to false", then installed patch 1.3, then 1.5, then SPQR..
I installed RTW on the other hard disc, but doesn't work..
I also put the minimum graphisms, still the same..

Can anybody help me?

EDIT : i didn't see that SPQR 8.0 has been released, i'm downloading it..
EDIT 2 : it still doesn't work.. i posted in the topic "CTD"!

Please mention what OS and system specs you have. This is important to trace what might cause the CTD. Usually what you mentioned is a installation error alot of times caused by Vista or Windows 7

System :
AMD Athlon 64 processor
3700+
2,19GHz, 2,00Gb ram
Nvidia Geforce 9500GT

try to delete the \Data\fmv directory, remove windows media player entirely (including removing wmp component), remove any other media players
I have similar problems as yours before then I tried the above methods and SPQR can proceed normally
