    so I'm putting somethings together but my game crashes for some odd reason, now if this was something about model_strat or the game map then i wouldn't really be surprised but what is odd i am getting a crash because of this:

    Missing skeleton for secondary weapon in model type 'Black_guard_morr', used by unit 'Black guard Morr bodyguard'.
    so i checked my EDU and i though maybe i touched something accidentally and screwed it up so i used a vanilla entry and it still gives me the message above. maybe this is a model problem but im not sure what im suppose to fix, i have clean version of the game so just tell me what to replace or switch around.

    Curious - the skeletons\animations used by this unit ( Black guard Morr = soldier model 'Black_guard_morr') are these:

    • MTW2_HR_Mace
    • MTW2_Mace_Primary
    • fs_test_shield

    All standard ones. Curiously I only have "MTW2_Mace_Primary_1.3" in the descr_skeleton of my version of the game - and I don't get that error. The 'vanilla' file hasn't got that version number.
    Check if the above entries are at the bottom of the soldier model entry in your modeldb (couple of numbers around them, ignore that).

    im not sure if its even that unit causing it. i removed it from my EDU and this game crash happens again. each and everytime its when i start my campaign the loading gets to 99% and then it just stops for a couple of minutes and then tada! it crashes...
    last night it was running fine, i wake up today do some modding (exactly as i did last night) and then boom this crap happens. here is the log maybe you can figure it out Gigantus, i will keep looking too.

    Looks like the texture file in the first line is missing. That's what caused the critical error. You still have a few others, but it seems at the moment they are not critical:

    missile range of 366 is impossible with projectile new_mortar_kernel (max range 366)

    alright going to see where that tree was that i missed and lets leave our old friend where he is for now until he gets more annoying...

    edit: i just put the tree in faction_variants/hre/textures/ and the game crashed again but tree_03.tga is actually a .dds im going to convert it into a tga file and see if i get crashed
    edit2: again no luck but im assuming besides tree_03 there is/are some other files that i didnt put in the texture folder...so just in case il put the whole damn folder in there and see what happens.
    edit3: yea that did the trick very unprofessional but it works regardless.
