As it looks, you have started quite a lot of mods, but is there any order in which you plan to finish them?

A majority of them is already finished, even if patches are released from time to time.

FLAGELLVM DEI is already released.

SOMNIVM APOSTATAE IVLIANI is already released.

VLTRA GLORIAM ROMAE is already released.

The ones that have yet to be released is RVINA ROMAE ( an update of FD ), RESTITVTOR ORBIS and a, for now, nameless Constantine era mod.

Well, I'm not actively involved with IBRR as you need to speak to Joar and Gaiten but I would imagine that IBRR will come out first.

I am hoping for some sort of BETA release for IBRO in about 6 months with the Constantine mod to follow a bit later. But things can change of course.

In regard to IBII mods that's for Rio to comment on.

Well, some sort of release is probably not that far off, but, depending on a lot of things, it's very hard to say. There's a new RR preview coming up though, the 5th "culture preview".
