Klierowski, that's not good, could you be more specific? Doesn't the game launch, crash at battle, at campaign map , and do you have log?

Edit: Also did you apply it after the translation, and did you dl the right files? I will try to update the files with official translation soon, and check with clean install if something is wrong with the files I uploaded. Also I will redo the installation part of post 2, it's a bit messy and not very clear.

Klierowski, I tested it, and it should work, here's what I did, did you do something differently?

1. Clean install of CoW 1.5
2. Applied official translation
3. Downloaded file Kahvi_mercs1_150.rar, the smaller file is for 1.44, and only includes Amazons, it will not work with 1.5.
4. Applied it
5. Started new Khorne campaign, Valkia spawned for me at turn 4.

Just a heads up, this is not compatible with currently released hotfix for CoW 1.5, since it alters few same files:

I'll try to update the files during weekend, and add that official translation which I totally forgot to post

About progress Manflayers are under work, but there will be other new unit before them, which is currently in texturing phase.

The link I posted is official update for CoW 1.5 from CoW-team, edited a bit my comment to make it more clear I'll try to post update to this submod this weekend, that is compatible with the official patch. And sorry for not updating earlier, I totally forgot to do it, but I'll fix that soon.

Hmmm, for RTW/BI? That's a strange suggestion.. I doubt I will do that, BI is far from WH, and personally I think they wouldn't fit for the it. But I have nothing against it if someone wants to convert them for RTW, but I personally won't do it, I rather spent my time in other projects.
