Missing intro fmv.
Ok I recently reinstalled LOTR-TW and I noticed that the intro fmv is missing. The part with the opening credits plays just fine, but then it just reverts back to the original Rome intro.
I checked the Rome folder and I couldn't see the fmv file anywhere, just the file containing the opening credits.

And you already tried clicking the "Opening_Movie_Swapper" ?

I just tried reinstalling LOTR-TW on a clean Rome ALX installation and I got the following message:
"LOTR TW has not been totally installed because of the following reason:
lotrtw_fmv\rome_title.wmv: This file contains invalid data (error 11FB)"
The Opening_Movie_swapper.bat wasn't there so I had to manually replace the Activision logo fmv with the LOTR-TW one.
As far as I can tell the rest of the mod seems to work just fine.
EDIT: Downloading the mod from a different mirror and reinstalling it worked. Although the movie swapper didn't work so I had to switch the fmvs manually.

Maybe it would be a corrupted file. Maybe redownloading and reinstalling would work.

just redownload the mod again guys and i tested it works just fine.
