I recently changed my password to my old hotmail account from around 9 years ago. I went to go into it once more and now I realised that I don't remember which random letter of the new password that I capitalised.Since I gave the sceret answer 9 years ago I don't remember how I typed that out so now I am dealing with windows live recovery. Has anyone here had to deal with them in the past? Normally I would cut my loses and just get a new email address but my windows live account is linked to that one and it appears that when I changed my hotmail password I also changed my windows live. Just want to know if anyone has any advice on what will please the microsoft overlord to prove that I am me. I swear based on what is happening thus far my bank was easier in giving my internet banking back.
