Cant find the file when i download it?

I have tried downloading it from all of the links u guys have posted and i get the same result every time. I cant find the setup.exe to install it. Im afraid this will be me if i think much harder on it.

I would very much so appreciate help.

Isn't there a main download folder under your documents folder?

yeah but the only thing it downloads is the document files and the readme

I take that back it also downloads the prefrences and data folders along with those previously mentioned.

When you donwload SPQR you will be downloading one file (zip) which is 425 MB, in this zip file you will find a executable file which installs SPQR to you vanilla game.

The normal RTW executable will launch SPQR. SPQR overwrites your vanilla game.
