I couldn't find anywhere else to ask this so I'll ask it here. I'm interested in downloading SS and I was just wondering if anybody can tell me or give me a link that describes exactly what is included in SS?

Here's the link. With multiple path ways if one doesn't work.

That didn't really answer my question. I'm looking for what is different from vanilla M2TW.
Did you actually read his post?
Anyways, The map is expanded east but they have had to cut out the americas due to size restrictions, the end result is now there are 2 more factions that actually interact instead of the aztecs which do nothing. There are two pagan factions, lithuania and cuman khanate, and there are loads of new factions like kingdom of jeruselem, crown of aragon, ireland, norway, Russia has been split into two factions (Kiev and Novgorod) and more.
The scale of the map is also alot bigger, It will take an army several years to march through france, let alone germany or the steppes.
this is the map for 6.1 I believe, although they have gone to 6.3
But this is the early campaign map, there is a second campaign that starts later (mongols are playable in it) and has a different time per turn so you still get lots of turns to play in. In that one you start off with more infastructure and a fortress, so you get into elite units alot sooner. Starting postitions are also changed to reflect history.
And then there are all the little fixes, things like bugs being eliminated and heritics actually being important (be careful, they tend to pop up where you can't see them, and heresy gives about 2 points of unhappyness for ever % of heresy in the settlment), AI is better, etc.
Thats a brief overview, there is probably a thread in the SS forum which explains in more detail, the link given gives improvments over 6.1 to 6.3 though. (personally, I am loving 6.1, and will not bother upgrading since it takes me forever to download things. I would suggest the latest version to you though since it will probably be better.)

emprguy was right, the link he provided didn't answer my question at all. All that link did was provide frequently asked questions.
BTW, thank you emprguy for answering my question
Exactly. And if anything that's only pathetic Empr Guy. Every thing included (far more than you posted) is listed in that link. Everything he asked for. All changes, modifications, everything new is included!
I provided exactly what was asked for. Nothing more, nothing less.

I think your missing the point, he asked what was changed from vanilla in SS, the link provided just provided a list of what was changed between versions of SS, so I provided a brief overview of the other things that he would immediatly notice/be affected by. He said the link didn't provide what he was looking for so I told him to look around the SS forum to find more detailed information, since he clearly did not.
see above.

can you not bloody read?
the link was for the ss sub-forum, is that so hard for you to digest?
i would of thought that someone with nearly 4000 posts would know how to navigate twc!!
what is this thread about again?
question was answered, just agree to disagree about who answered it and move on fellas. all parties gave good information. this is quickly turning into a flame post.
